Jeev played in the Mercedes Benz Championship at Golf Club Gut Larchenhof in Cologne, Germany, where he finished in a tie for 11th place last year.
Jeev put together rounds of 72, 74, 68 and 69 leaving him on a five under par total and in a tie for 18th position. ISM stablemate James Kingston won the tournament after a sudden death play-off against Anders Hansen - they both finished on thirteen under par in regulation play and Kingston's par four on the first extra hole won him the title.
Jeev had disappointing news earlier this week when he narrowly missed out on a place in Greg Norman's team for the President's Cup taking place in October. Norman had two wild card picks and they went to Adam Scott and Ryo Ishikawa.
"That's a captain's choice," said Jeev speaking before the Mercedes-Benz Championship in Cologne. "What I'm disappointed about is not making the team because of my injury. I pushed myself and came back too soon. But it's a lesson, and I'll be trying hard to make it in two years' time."
Jeev injured an intercostal muscle injury earlier this year which caused his withdrawal from The Open Championship at Turnberry.
