Jeev put up a good defence of the Golf Nippon Series JT Cup title at Tokyo Yomiuri Country Club which he won last year and after rounds of 71, 69, 65 and 70 finished in 6th place.

The tournament was won by Shigeki Maruyama who fired a last round 64 to finish on a total of nine under par to take the title.

Jeev now takes a break over the Christmas period and his next event will be the Royal Trophy in January 2010.
